The Solution

Roots & Legacies provided a strategic solution to help KARL define and share its impact by leading a comprehensive research and storytelling process. We developed and distributed a targeted survey to KARL Fellows (alumni), Associates (current participants), friends, and supporters, gathering quantitative and qualitative insights about the program's influence. Additionally, we conducted in-depth interviews with 29 key KARL leaders to capture their personal experiences and the lasting effects of KARL on their careers, communities, and industries. With this wealth of data, we carefully analyzed responses to identify overarching themes and compelling narratives that best illustrated KARL's transformative role.
